Delicious, warm and comforting Soto Ayam - by Janti Brasali, Seriously Keto
Ingredients
1 whole chicken
3 tbsp SK Bouillon
2 tsp Turmeric
½ tsp coriander
2 lemongrass
5 kaffir leaves
3 bay leaves
2 slices fresh ginger
2 slices galagal
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in an Instapot and cook for 30 minutes. Note: if you don’t have an Instapot, this can also be done using a regular pot over the stove, you would just need to monitor it and stir occasionally, and it would take a longer time.
Serve the chicken with shirataki noodles with soup poured over.
Garnish with toppings of your choice; we recommend: perkedel, eggs, beansprouts, and fried shallots.
