This recipe uses a Thermomix.
- Pour 1 cup of water into your Thermomix Bowl.
- Place your eggs in the Thermomix Basket, make sure the eggs are above the waterline.
- Time: 11mins
- Temperature: Varoma
- Speed: 1
- Transfer the eggs into a large bowl of iced water. Make sure they are fully submerged. Let them cool down for about 2 minutes.
- Tap the eggs using a small spoon to crack the shells then place them back into the water as you go.
- Peel the eggs.
