Orders are processed once payment has been made.

For special requests such as customizations, please contact us. You may choose to fill up the contact us form, or you may also reach us by phone or e-mail. Your request will then be assessed by a team member before getting approved with a confirmation e-mail or message. Additional charges may apply.

4. Why do I need to order 2 working days in advance?

Because we do not use any preservatives, we require two days notice to prepare your order to ensure the quality and freshness of the products you will receive.
