Soto Ayam

Delicious, warm and comforting Soto Ayam - by Janti Brasali, Seriously Keto


  • 1 whole chicken
  • 3 tbsp Bouillon
  • 2 tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • 2 lemongrass
  • 5 kaffir leaves
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 slices fresh ginger
  • 2 slices galangal
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Put all the ingredients in an Instapot and cook for 30 minutes. 
    Note: if you don’t have an Instapot, this can also be done using a regular pot over the stove, you would just need to monitor it and stir occasionally, and it would take a longer time.
  2. Serve the chicken with shirataki noodles with soup poured over.
  3. Garnish with toppings of your choice; we recommend: perkedel, eggs, beansprouts, and fried shallots.
