Delicious, warm and comforting Soto Ayam - by Janti Brasali, Seriously Keto
- 1 whole chicken
- 3 tbsp Bouillon
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp coriander
- 2 lemongrass
- 5 kaffir leaves
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 slices fresh ginger
- 2 slices galangal
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Put all the ingredients in an Instapot and cook for 30 minutes.
Note: if you don’t have an Instapot, this can also be done using a regular pot over the stove, you would just need to monitor it and stir occasionally, and it would take a longer time.
- Serve the chicken with shirataki noodles with soup poured over.
- Garnish with toppings of your choice; we recommend: perkedel, eggs, beansprouts, and fried shallots.
